Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy market seasons or high-volume periods.

We ship via USPS to addresses within the United States only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary by service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gothmamallc@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
